are experts in this field with experience gained from casework, consultancy and tribunal representation.

LEVEL OF COURSES
Introductory: for participants who are new to advising about benefits
Intermediate: for participants with a general working knowledge of benefits who want to know more detail about the subject of the course. Intermediate courses can also be used as a refresher.
Advanced: for participants who have substantial knowledge of benefits and tax credits.

COURSE CONTENT AND METHODOLOGY
Lecture, exercises & discussion will be based around a training pack given to each delegate.

SOLICITORS REGULATION AUTHORITY ACCREDITATION
Our courses are SRA accredited and carry Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.

IN HOUSE COURSES
We may be able to offer courses to meet your benefit and tax credit training needs.

MONEY ADVICE & DEBT COURSES
We are developing a programme of courses which will provide an introduction to debt advice and cover a range of specific topics in more detail.
